OPUS OCTOPUS is an ensemble of collaborative performers founded and led by Netta Spiegel. The ensemble explores the intersection of classical music, performance art, voice, movement and storytelling. Experimenting with sound, space, and urban spheres, OPUS OCTOPUS reimagines classical sounds and challenges the “traditional” concert format. Instead, it invites into a healing space, engaging communities across different musical genres.
OPUS OCTOPUS members are highly skilled performers from varied musical backgrounds including Western and Eastern classical music, pop, rock and experimental music. Based in Tel Aviv, they have performed in
different venues such as the Tel Aviv museum, and collaborated
with the Hanut Gallery Theatre and the Maya Gallery.
